Pokhara

The best time to visit Pokhara is during the shoulder seasons, from September to November and March to May. The weather is generally clear, with pleasant temperatures and excellent visibility of the mountains. This allows for optimal trekking and outdoor activities.

You can reach Pokhara by either air or road. Flights from Kathmandu are frequent and take about 25-30 minutes. Tourist buses and private cars are also available, with the journey taking approximately 6-8 hours, offering scenic views along the way.

Must-do activities include paragliding over Phewa Lake, trekking in the Annapurna region, boating on Phewa Lake, visiting the World Peace Pagoda, exploring the International Mountain Museum, and experiencing the vibrant Lakeside area with its diverse dining and shopping options.
