Ulm

The best time to visit Ulm is during the spring (April-May) or fall (September-October) when the weather is pleasant, and the crowds are smaller. The summer months (June-August) are also popular, but the city can be crowded, especially during festivals.

Ulm is a very walkable city, and many attractions are within easy walking distance. Public transportation, including buses and trams, is also available. Bicycles are a popular way to explore the city and the surrounding areas, with numerous bike paths available.

Be sure to try Maultaschen (Swabian dumplings), Spätzle (egg noodles), and Zwiebelrostbraten (onion roast beef). For a sweet treat, try the traditional Ulm bread or a local pastry from one of the many bakeries.
