Saint-Malo

The must-see attractions include the Old Town (Intra-Muros), the ramparts, the Château de Saint-Malo, the Saint-Malo Cathedral, and the beaches like Plage du Sillon and Plage de Bon Secours. The Grand Aquarium and the Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

The best time to visit Saint-Malo is during the shoulder seasons, from May to June or September to October. The weather is generally pleasant, the crowds are smaller than in July and August, and the prices for accommodation and travel are often lower.

Saint-Malo is easily accessible by train, with direct connections from major cities like Paris. You can also fly into Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo Airport (DNR), which is a short distance away. Alternatively, you can drive, with good road connections to the rest of France.
