Sóller

The best time to visit Sóller is during the shoulder seasons, specifically April-May and September-October. The weather is pleasant, with warm temperatures ideal for outdoor activities, and the crowds are smaller compared to the peak summer months. The orange groves are also in bloom or harvest during these times, adding to the charm.

Must-see attractions in Sóller include the Plaça de la Constitució (main square), the Sant Bartomeu church, the Can Prunera Museum of Modernism, the Sóller train station and the historic train journey from Palma, the wooden tram to Port de Sóller, and the port itself. Hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains is also highly recommended.

The local cuisine in Sóller and Mallorca is characterized by fresh, local ingredients. Expect to find dishes featuring oranges (a local specialty), almonds, seafood, and pork.
