The Halberstadt Cathedral, the Romanesque Church of Our Lady, the historic market square, and the many well-preserved medieval buildings are must-see attractions. Consider also visiting the St. Burchardi Church and the Museum of Halberstadt.

The best time to visit Halberstadt is during the spring and summer months (May to September) when the weather is pleasant for exploring the city and attending outdoor events. The Christmas market in December is also a popular attraction.

Halberstadt is easily accessible by train from major German cities. It also has good road connections. The nearest airports are in Hanover and Leipzig, from which you can take a train or rent a car to reach Halberstadt.
