Avebury

The easiest way to reach Avebury is by car. The village is situated on the A4361 road, which connects Swindon to Marlborough. You can also take a bus from Swindon or Marlborough, but the frequency is limited.

The Avebury Stone Circle is the highlight, being the largest stone circle in Europe. Other attractions include Avebury Manor and Garden, Silbury Hill, West Kennet Long Barrow, and The Ridgeway Trail for hikers.
